  • 1 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cups corn meal
  • 3-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tlbs brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 eggs
  • 3 tlbs butter
    Seasonings
  • 1 tsp salt

    Steps for Completion
  1. Melt the butter. Mix the dry ingredients and seasonings in one bowl and the wet in another. Pour the wets into the drys.
  2. Mix together but only until clumps are out. Do not overmix.
  3. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
